This is an awesome piece! I've been watching "Storm Chasers" on The Discovery Channel this season -- and it's an awesome show. The season finale was amazing! Here's the lowdown from the man himself, Reed Timmer (who's con-incidentally from my hometown). But it's also neat that in this age of blatant anti-sciencism -- here's a guy risking his neck for scientific research and to save others in the future. Also, to be ABD at like 28 (the oldest he could be is 30 from what he says in the article) -- very impressive!
