My April classic Doctor Who DVDs finally arrived yesterday. Don't know why it took so long, I ordered two weeks ahead this time. Anyway didn't have time to watch them yesterday, so I watched "Kinda" and "Snakedance" today. "Kinda" has long been my favorite Peter Davison episode -- it's so complex and rich, and it really criticises Colonialism, which is pretty daring for a British show. "Snakedance" wasn't so much of a favorite. However, re-watching the two -- I was surprised at how much continuity there was between the two episodes -- much more of a link than I remembered or ever noticed. I still like "Kinda" better, tho'.
