Review: Long Shadows

Well, yesterday was NOT a good day.  My old computer that's been limping long, up and died.  I'm going to bring it in today to see if I can get it fixed/get the data off it, but basically I need a new one.  I've called Dell and spoken to someone about a new one -- it sounds sweet and should be (almost) affordable.
However, while I spent the day at home reading, because I couldn't do ANYTHING else, including the work I'd stayed home to do, I did read "Batman:  Long Shadows".  Best graphic novel EVER  -- right up there with my personal favorite "A Death in the Family".  And one I'm sure I will frequently re-read, like "A Death in the Family".  In short, this is what "Final Crisis" should have been, what I wanted from "Final Crisis" -- and didn't get.  Rest is below a cut, 'cause it will be spoilery.

UPDATE - Computer Problems -- URGENT NEWS

My home computer is in the shop.  I'll have no internet access and no personal computer for up to a week.
I am going to order a new one from Dell -- I've been meaning to replace my machine for awhile.
I will try to keep up to date with my movie reviews, but will probably not be posting them until I get the new one set-up.  This means, at the most, I'll be writing the reviews off-line, and posting as I can from Wi-Fi locations, when I can borrow a laptop.
Or they might get saved up.

Re:  Batman review below -- It got cut off FOUR times.  I think I possibly went over the character limit.  Or the laptop hates me.  I'll try to finish it off-line and re-post something coherent.  When I can.  In sort, "Long Shadows" is awesome - buy it!

But if I'm not here for a bit -- that's why.
