Everyone loves this website, right?  Also known as LOLCats?

A friend posted the below pic - and I love it!

In response I have one I made months ago, although I haven't uploaded it.  The story behind the pic is a farmer had a cow with very bizarre markings (you'll see) and wanted to sell it to a local sports team or high school.  Found the story and pic on-line.
Without further ado, here's the pic.

Enjoy!

Hi all,
First, I have to apologise for disappearing over Christmas  Stuff happened.  Including two trips to the E/R with different family members.  Needless to say that I just wasn't in the mood for posting - I didn't want to whine or vent or anything - I just sorta' withdrew.

Anyway, I'm back and to make-up for it you get three posts in one night - woo-hoo.

Just last week, I managed to get ahold of an old friend from high school.  We hadn't completely lost contact, in fact we had remained close until she just suddenly fell off the planet.  Y'know how that happens?  And I was concerned, but also busy - and I'd tried to get her number from her brother for awhile to no success.
So, finally, got ahold of her last week, found out she was divorced - which was a big part of the withdrawal/missing thing.  I'll need to get ahold of her.

Then, Monday, I got a call from a guy I had known in high school.  He wanted to connect again.  Well, I woulda' called right back but I had had the worst drive ever.  OK, I take that back, I can remember one time that was worse.  But short of that or actually getting in an accident it was awful!!!  I just couldn't get home.  First, I had to get off the expressway because an accident had turned it into a parking lot.  I drove through town, which took more time, but at least I was moving.  To understand what happened next, you kinda' got understand where I live - in general.  My city is very, very hilly, and it's a river valley with three rivers.  One of which loops around all over the place (I've managed to cross it three times on one trip without backtracking).  So, where I live there are ONLY two access points, because you need to cross the bloody river (this was the same one we had a flood warning on for the entire county on Dec 26th and 27th when the temp shot-up to the 50s, the two feet of snow melted, and it rained for two days - solid).  Anyway, to get back to the story, I'm driving in to where I live, on the road I normally take, with a bridge, OK?  -- And there's a ton of taillights and it's real slow.  Now, this isn't fun, but since I was driving close to "rush hour" for once I figured it was just slightly bad traffic.  Til I hit the light just before said bridge I've been mentioning, right?  And I see police lights.  And the Sheriff's Dept.  And flares.  And I'm thinking, "oh, this isn't going to be good."  The sheriff had blocked the road going the direction I needed to go.  And I could see tail-lights in the distance, he must have just blocked it.  Plus, they had flares on the road.  Swearing and yelling, I turned, even though I couldn't get home going that way!!! I ended-up having to backtrack to the main north-bound road, drive north, oh, about ten miles, and then take the other bridge over to another road that I could take home.   All in all it took me about two hours to get home!
Well, after all that I wasn't going to call someone new.  I did call a friend to complain and get a friendly, comforting ear.  -- And all this with no snow!
But today, said guy from high school called, turns out he was from my second high school, and we had a good long chat.  It was way cool.  He also encouraged me to get a Facebook page, so I may well do that in future.  Watch this space.
And now here's the weather (in short it's bloody cold and has been since Jan started)
Stats from NOAA as always.

Temp:  1 F (-17 C)
Humidity: 91 %
Wind Speed: NW 5 mph
Wind chill: - 9 F (-23 C)

According to the local news at -15 wind chill there is a wind chill advisory posted and at -20 a wind chill warning (which often causes school and business cancellations).
