Hi all,

A couple of months ago, I saw a meme somewhere on Live Journal, I never did figure out where -- put your Ipod or whatever on shuffle and write down the first line lyrics of the first 20 songs you hear.  Well, 20 is too many, here's around 10-15, minus various ones that were either instrumentals or not in English.  Your task is to (a) guess the title of the song, and who sang it, and (b) if you wish use the lyrics as inspiration for fanfics.  Enjoy!  (Answers to be posted next weekend)

(Note - The version I have is a cover version of this song, the original band or the cover band will susfice for an answer)

6. Oh. B.B. King, was wrong, the thrill it isn't gone.

7.  In Arizonia, at the turn of the century, astromathematicion, Percy (Below ?) was searching for what he called planet X, cause he knew deep down in his soul, that unseen gravatational presence meant a new planet spinning in the air, joining the other 8 already known, circling our sun up there.

8.  I need a veggie-matic, I need a pocket fisherman, I need a handy appliance that will scramble a egg while it's still inside it's shell, Operators are standing by - how does that make you feel?

9. We'll drink a drink a drink to Lily the Pink the Pink the Pink, the saviour of the human race.

10. Try to see it my way, do I have to keep on talking until I can't go on?

11. Oh, I could hang 'neath the wings of the blue bird as she sings, the six o'clock alarm would never ring.

12.  Raised on Songs and Stories, Heroes of reknown, the passing tales and glories that once was Dublin Town.
