Let's see -- Been meaning to update my blog for awhile, but not much has been going on. We had another big storm on New Year's Day. Woke up to 4-6 inches of new snow, plus it snowed all day. Wednesday, more of the same, but with a bit of sun in the afternoon.
Today's Thursday (Never could get the hang of Thursdays! -- to quote Arthur Dent) we actually had a lot of sun, the temps tho' were in the upper teens/low 20s (F). Which I prefer to having it hover around freezing and being very wet! I had to go downtown for a doctor's appt, and not only was I late (lost track of the time) but I forgot to grab some change for the parking meter. Luckily, I had just enough change in my wallet for a hour (It helped that the meter still had 5 minutes left). I usually put in enough for an hour and fifteen minutes, just in case, but I think I ended up with an hour five minutes, eight minutes, something like that. But luckily, I didn't get a ticket - I got back to the car before the time ran out.
Then, I drove to work and worked on uploading my lesson plans, quiz (revised to please my boss), and quiz answers. I also checked that everything was graded for my XP class and added in the assignments for the next week in our gradebook program. Basically, everything is done for that class, except my lecture notes, for two weeks. Tomorrow, I'll go in and get the Microsoft Office class updated (I have the lesson plan for next week, and some sample Excel docs ready). What I need to do for that class is go thru' the lessons for this week (Jan 7th) and the following week and figure out exactly what I'm going to do, I might need to move stuff around.
