Whine about work!
Hi all,
Well, I got stuck subbing - again - tonight. I had heard as early as Tuesday that my boss was looking for a sub, but I didn't volunteer because I really needed some downtime after last weekend. Well, by Thursday, my boss kinda' begged, and I said yes. Then he turned around and observed me!!! While I was subbing, when I'm nervous as it is, and I don't know the material that well (tho' it's a class I've taught before). Anyway, being observed made me more nervous and reserved. Two things I'm not supposed to be. Eeeep.
And I want an observation in my new networking class, since I'm designing everything myself - slides, lesson plans, etc, and not using canned, prepared materials. And even though it takes hours for me to prepare lectures from scratch, I actually like doing it because it is easier when I'm presenting the info, in the order I want, etc.

Oh PS discovered Facebook a couple of days ago and set up a page. I'm still figuring stuff out (Like why you can't post long posts) but it's fun.
